Dies:
A
a full database of standard rectangle dies, circle, oval, starburst, and special shapes. If you have a unique shape in mind, don't hesitate to call us. We can make custom dies to meet your needs.
Materials:
Quality labels begin with quality materials. We use top of the line stocks from manufacturers like Fasson, 3M, Flexcon. We are able to print and die cut on a wide variety of pressure sensitive materials including paper, fluorescent, vinyl, aluminum, polyesters, clear acetate, latex, and computer imprintable materials. Stocks can be converted in piggyback constructions, continuous pinfeeds, fanfold construction, individual sheets.
Adhesives:
The adhesives are also very extensive such as: Permanent adhesives, Removable adhesive, Freezer adhesive, Tire adhesive for difficult to adhere surfaces, Tamperproof adhesives which leave a void image when removal is attempted, 3M post-it adhesive, Pharmaceutical adhesive, and more…
Printing:
Our state of the art equipment allows us to print labels in process (4 color) and up to 6 colors on one label. We pay close attention to registration and can produce sharp images with good ink coverage, even reverses, large solids and tight traps. In addition to PMS colors and fluorescents, we can provide custom color matches.
Special Finishes:
We can add a U.V. finish to labels for high luster and protection from water, and abrasions. We can also laminate clear polyester films on top of labels for extremely harsh environments for ultimate protection. Even strong chemicals or industrial cleaners will not damage the label underneath.
Numbering:
We can do all kinds of consecutive and random numbering.
Barcoding:
We can create both static and consecutive barcodes in all major symbologies.
Embossing:
For a little added pizzazz, consider hot-stamp foil on labels. Choose from a variety of foil colors such as gold, silver, or a dozen other bright foil colors. Also, blind embossing provides a sophisticated look.
