Terms and Conditions of Quotations and Orders
Payment Terms:
Visa, Mastercard, American Express Card, or Prepaid. Exception is made for companies with a favorable rating from Dunn and Bradstreet. Terms for credit approved accounts are 1% discount if paid within 15 days. All invoices must be paid within 20 days.
Credit Applications:
See our Credit Application page. Credit applications are mailed with first order acknowledgements. Once returned, the approval process takes approximately two weeks.
Tax exempt certificate:
NEQP is required by The Commonwealth of Massachusetts to keep a copy of your tax exempt certificate on file, otherwise we must charge applicable sales tax.
Deposits:
NEQP requires a 50% deposit on all orders requiring the ordering of special tools or material.

F.O.B. Newburyport, Massachusetts

Delivery:
New orders: 10 working days.
New orders requiring tools or special materials: 15 days.
Repeat orders: 7-10 working days.
